Well what a day yesterday was. First I had to be in SHeffield for 8.30am which meant a really early start then had to be back for the Zuma class that Richie from Absolute was attending. What great fun it was to. I wasn;t convinced that he thought it would be tiring but I think that he has changed his mind now.
It was a hard night and I have pulled a muscle in my back and in loads of pain now. Not looking foward to getting on a plain early tomorrow. Actually, I am not even sure how the hell I am going to even beable to get the suitcase out of the loft. I may need to call ona few friends tonight for help! Any offers please feel free to call me!
So off to Madrid for 3 days, and at least I will be off the booze cause I can't drink with tramadol.

Still looking forward to GI Jane Boot Camp only my back is in peices so hopefully it will be better by then with a little accupuncture and cupping....... Thanks for the cupping tip Sonja will pop down there today and see if they can see me.
